Vanguard Properties launches Tomás Ribeiro 79

Vanguard Properties presents its new residential project, located in Avenidas Novas, Lisbon. This development, representing an investment of 30 million euros, promises to bring a new concept of modernity and luxury to one of the city's most iconic areas.

Tomás Ribeiro 79 has been designed as a reinterpretation of Lisbon’s traditional noble housing, where every line drawn is a dialogue between history and modernity. A project by the architectural firm Studio JV, it is situated in Avenidas Novas, one of the city’s most premium areas, between Saldanha and Marquês de Pombal. The large windows allow natural light to flood the apartments, while the vertical wooden elements on the building's exterior provide privacy to the interior spaces.

This is the first project in Vanguard Properties’ second investment cycle.
