Vanguard Properties apoia Centro Escolar da Comporta

Vanguard Properties answered the challenge launched by the Alcácer do Sal City Council, which also involved the Comporta Parish Council and other local entities, by formalizing significant support for restructuring and improvement works at the Comporta School Centre. This institution, which is home to about 80 children, benefited from this support aimed at improving school infrastructures, reflecting the company's commitment to the local community.

The ceremony to hand over this support took place on a Thursday, between 10am and 4.30pm, as part of a team building action by the Vanguard Properties team, which also took part in the improvement work. Representatives from the municipality, the parish council and the school were present.

José Cardoso Botelho, CEO of Vanguard Properties, highlighted the importance of this initiative for improving children's quality of life and aligned it with the company's mission in Comporta: "Our purpose is to revitalize and bring sustainability to the area, strengthening it not only with the best residential, tourist and leisure facilities, but also by guaranteeing quality infrastructures for the local community. We want Comporta to be a place that people choose to live".

Vanguard Properties has invested significantly in the education of young people in Alcácer do Sal and Grândola, recognizing the importance of education for the development of the region. The company believes that providing a quality education is crucial for the future of the community, helping to raise a new generation of well-prepared residents capable of making a positive contribution to local development.

It should be remembered that, in addition to this support for the Comporta School Center, Vanguard Properties has partnered with other educational initiatives, such as the Brave Generation Academy (BGA), to create three school hubs in "Dunas", "Torre" and "Muda". This project is part of Vanguard Properties's vision to promote the social and economic development of the region, ensuring that children and young people have access to high-quality educational opportunities that prepare them for the challenges of the future.
