Vanguard Properties begin construction on Infinity

Site delivery took place on 21 January

On 21 January Vanguard Properties signed the site delivery deed of the Infinity Tower in Lisbon. The construction work was awarded to Mota-Engil and will extend over a period of 28 months. The Infinity Tower is located in Campolide and will have 26 storeys above ground. The 195 apartments range from 4 bedroom units to 6 bedroom duplexes and there are 329 parking spaces. The project represents an investment of more than 90 million euros with a total construction area of 50.000 sq.m. Starting prices for the apartments vary between 250.000€ and 5.000.000€. 

Infinity will enjoy far-reaching views over the 980 hectares of Monsanto National Park, the River Tagus and Lisbon. The architectural project was developed by the project design team at Saraiva + Associados.

The condominium will provide a number of amenities that are truly unique in Portugal, on a part with those offered by the best hotels in Lisbon: note the outdoor swimming pool on the 24^th floor, indoor pools, one for adults with 25m lenght, another for children, two events rooms, a mega-gym, kids club, spa, meeting rooms and an extensively landscaped inner patio, in addition to a padel court.
